Donation & Refund Policy

2 Help R Veterans is a 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit registered with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. EIN: 92-3198123. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Processing

All donations are processed securely through Zeffy, a fee-free donation platform for nonprofits. 2HRV does not collect or store your payment information. Zeffy automatically issues tax-compliant receipts directly to donors.

Use of Funds

Funds are used strictly for Veteran assistance and Veteran projects. No professional fundraisers are used, and the organization is 100% volunteer-run with no paid positions.

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error was made in processing your gift, please contact us within 30 days at 2hrv25@gmail.com or 651-551-0374, and we will work with Zeffy to review your request. Refunds, where issued, will be processed through Zeffy.
